It’s strategy based coaching with high level results. Aimed to catapult you into the life you deeply desire with velocity.
The intensive coaching has been created for busy lives and schedules and can be completed in 6-9 months with the option for larger group coaching for those that want to stay in the world of health/life forward focus for the remainder of the year.

ALCHEMY METHOD 2.0
If you’re wondering what’s new with ALCHEMY METHOD 2.0 and why you should continue your health journey with us, this program will be in 3 distinct parts:
RELEASE: Releasing all that does not serve you.
RISE: Raising your self worth thermostat to step into the identity of your dreams to slay your goals.
RECLAMATION: Creating the Vessel (Body) that will carry you through the next 50 years of your life with power, grace & ease.
This is what all new clients will go into and they will not be able to progress to Rise or Reclamation until they move through and complete Release.
Coaching calls:
Calls starting July 1st will now be structured as;
2 x calls per month with both Kate & Paul
1 x call focused on Rise with Kate
1 x call focused on Reclamation with Paul
As we expand into the year and increase clientele we will likely offer extra calls on different nights. Our second year clients will always have access to all calls available.
For you as a Second year:
The first 6 months is going after your personal goals with tenacity - no matter how big they are we want these to fruition within 6 months and we will hold you to a higher account of that. Tenacity, power and gumption and being unreasonable until you win at the heart of it all.
The Ascension Path:
We will then shift the focus will be on LEGACY - on how you show up in a community project and how you will be remembered.
You will come out having gained higher levels of emotional intelligence, leadership skills and health as your lifestyle choice.
We have raised our prices to the public as we want serious contenders ready to take their life on in a big way and so we have higher quality coaching sessions rather than quantity.
