Kate is a Curatorial Strategic Intervention coach with her masters in neuro linguistic programming (NLP).

Paul is a certified Health & Nutrition Coach.

 

Together, we help people discover the root cause of their pain (physical, mental, and emotional) and create the healthiest lifestyle for their unique needs.

 

Once these are addressed, something seemingly magical happens for our clients - rapid healing occurs, and they begin to lead fulfilled lives, living out their goals and dreams.

 

We believe that the body's infinite wisdom knows how to heal, all it needs is the right environment for each person's bio-individual needs.

 

Essentially, we are all unique and should be celebrated and nurtured as such.
